Open to all students in Ashtabula County in grades K-12.
Art entries will be accepted from February 16, 2023 through March 10, 2023. Entries may be submitted by teachers or students. Only ONE entry per student.
All entries must include a completed entry form available at the library which will have student's name, grade, and school listed.
There will be an Open House Reception on Monday, March 27, 2023 where the public is invited to come in and vote for their favorite art pieces.
