Please stop in the library for printed copies of the quote specifications or here at our website under About Us/ Library Documents & Forms. Please include your proposal along with proof of liability insurance and worker's compensation coverage by attaching copies of your policies and certificates to the quote specifications form. The Henderson Board of Trustees will make a decision by November 12, 2019.
