What is “Paws to Read?” “Paws to Read” is a program that pairs licensed therapy dogs with children who need more confidence in their reading skills. It can be held in a public library or school library. It can have one dog and a small group of children or several dogs and a larger group of children.
At HMPL our "puppy pals" are back on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 10 am - 12 pm for kids of all ages.
Registration is required and you can do so by calling the library at (440) 576-3761. Select a half hour slot that works for you and come in and find a friend (or two, or three) and enjoy the thrill of reading with a furry pal.
